Important Notice: These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 975ph Casino ("975ph," "we," "us," or "the Company"). 1. Definitions

2. Acceptance of Terms
By completing the 975ph registration process, accessing any game, making a deposit, or otherwise using any feature of the 975ph platform, you confirm that you:
- Have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in their entirety;
- Agree to be legally bound by all provisions contained herein;
- Agree to the 975ph Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference;
- Acknowledge that online gaming involves financial risk and that you accept this risk voluntarily;

If you are acting on behalf of a third party, or if a third party is funding your play, you must disclose this to 975ph. Concealing the source of funds used on the platform may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances pending regulatory review.

3. Eligibility & Age Verification
Access to and use of the 975ph platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

- Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active 975ph account. Operating multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension and potential forfeiture of balances.
- Exclusion Lists: Individuals who are subject to self-exclusion, cooling-off periods, or are otherwise listed as excluded from gaming activities under Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations are not eligible to create or maintain a 975ph account.
975ph reserves the right to request identity documentation from any Player at any time for the purpose of verifying eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
4. Account Registration & Security
To access 975ph's gaming services, Players must create an account on 975ph.app. By registering, you agree to the following:
- You will provide accurate, complete, and current registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and active Philippine mobile number.
- You will maintain the accuracy of your account information and promptly update any details that change after registration.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 975ph will never ask for your password via any communication channel.
- You will notify 975ph's support team immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any security breach.
- All activity conducted through your 975ph account — whether authorized or unauthorized due to your failure to secure access — is your responsibility until you report a breach to 975ph.
- 975ph reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account that is found to contain false or misleading information.
KYC verification may be required before withdrawal requests are processed, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large payout amounts. Accepted identity documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a PhilSys national ID, driver's license, passport, or SSS/GSIS card.
5. Deposits & Payment Methods
975ph supports the following Philippine Peso (PHP) deposit methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI (via InstaPay), BDO (via InstaPay), Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. All deposits are processed in PHP unless otherwise stated. Key deposit terms include:
- The minimum single deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
- Deposits are for gaming purposes only. 975ph does not accept deposits intended for money laundering, financing of prohibited activities, or any purpose other than legitimate participation in games offered on the platform.
- GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited to your 975ph wallet within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer timelines depend on the issuing bank's processing schedule.
- 975ph does not charge a fee on standard deposits. Third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction fees, for which 975ph is not responsible.
- 975ph reserves the right to verify the source of funds for large deposits and may request supporting documentation where required under applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
- Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your own name may be declined and subject to further review.
6. Withdrawals
975ph processes withdrawals to GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other supported PHP payment channels. The following terms govern all withdrawal requests:
- The minimum single withdrawal amount is ₱200 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your 975ph account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
- GCash and Maya withdrawals during active support hours (9AM–2AM PHT) are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours depending on InstaPay processing queues.
- All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Players who have not completed KYC may have withdrawals held pending document submission.
- Bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balances. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before satisfying wagering requirements will result in the bonus portion being forfeited.
- 975ph reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms, pending investigation.
7. Bonuses & Promotions
975ph offers various promotional bonuses to eligible registered Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated for individual promotions:
- Bonuses are available to Players who have fully completed the registration process, met any applicable deposit requirements, and comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- Each promotion has specific wagering requirements and validity periods. These will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated timeframe will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.
- Welcome bonuses are available to new Players only. Multiple registrations for the purpose of claiming welcome bonuses more than once constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure.

Wagering Requirements: Standard bonus wagering requirements at 975ph range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion. Players are encouraged to review individual promotion terms before opting in to any bonus offer.
8. Gaming Rules
The following rules apply to all gaming activity conducted through the 975ph platform:
- All games offered on 975ph are governed by their individual game rules as set out within each game's interface or accompanying documentation. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers.
- Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for all RNG-based games, and by real-time physical processes (cards, dice, wheels) for live dealer games. Both formats have been independently verified for fairness.
- All wagers are final once confirmed. 975ph is not responsible for errors made by Players in placing bets — including but not limited to selecting incorrect bet amounts, incorrect sides, or confirming wagers unintentionally.
- In the event of a technical malfunction — including disconnection during a live dealer session — 975ph will take reasonable steps to resolve the matter. Where game data is incomplete, the round may be voided and bets returned. 975ph's determination of game outcomes under technical failure scenarios is final.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all tables and games. These limits are displayed within each game and may vary between standard, VIP, and promotional tables.
- Collusion, use of software bots, exploiting software errors, or any form of cheating is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
9. Responsible Gaming
975ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines and its own player protection standards. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms:
- Age Restriction: The 975ph platform is strictly restricted to players aged 21 years and above. 975ph employs age verification procedures and reserves the right to close any account found to belong to an underage individual, with immediate forfeiture of any balance derived from gaming activity.
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings at any time. Once a deposit limit is set and confirmed, reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect.
- Session Time Limits: Players may configure session duration alerts from their account settings to help monitor time spent on the platform.
- Loss Limits: Players may set net loss limits for specified time periods. Once a loss limit is reached within the defined period, further wager placement will be restricted until the period resets.
- Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary account suspension for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, access to gaming and deposit functions is suspended.

Self-exclusion suspends all gaming access for a minimum of 6 months and up to permanent exclusion, at the Player's election.

10. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are expressly prohibited on the 975ph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in account suspension, permanent ban, and may result in reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:
- Creating more than one (1) account per individual, regardless of registration details used;
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity, payment, or contact information;
- Attempting to access the account of another Player without authorization;
- Using software tools, scripts, bots, or automated systems to interact with the 975ph platform in any unauthorized manner;
- Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or miscalculated odds for financial gain;
- Engaging in bonus abuse, including collusion with other players to cycle bonus funds;
- Using 975ph for money laundering, financing of terrorism, or any activity in violation of Philippine law;
- Posting, transmitting, or communicating abusive, defamatory, or threatening content through any 975ph communication channel;
- Any form of collusion between Players in live dealer games or other multiplayer formats.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the 975ph platform — including but not limited to the 975ph brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, software, and database structures — is the proprietary intellectual property of 975ph or its licensed content providers. You agree that:
- You will not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any 975ph intellectual property without prior written consent from 975ph;
- Your use of the platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use 975ph services for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only;
- Game titles, logos, and related assets are the intellectual property of their respective third-party providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Jili, Evolution Gaming, and others) and are subject to those providers' licensing terms.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 975ph's liability to you is limited as follows:
- 975ph provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of technical faults at all times.
- 975ph shall not be liable for any loss of gaming opportunities or winnings arising from platform downtime, network disruptions, or Force Majeure events beyond our reasonable control.
- 975ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of gaming funds as a result of unauthorized account access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
- In no event shall 975ph's total aggregate liability to any Player exceed the net deposits made by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim, less any withdrawals made during the same period.
- Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by 975ph's gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
13. Privacy & Data Protection
975ph collects, processes, and stores personal data from registered Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data processing activities described in the Privacy Policy.
Key privacy commitments include: secure encryption of all personal and financial data in transit and at rest; no sale of personal data to third parties outside of the platform's licensed operational scope; compliance with applicable Philippine data privacy legislation including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173); and the right of Players to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data by contacting 975ph's support team.
14. Account Suspension & Termination
975ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion where:
- There is a reasonable belief that the account is being operated in violation of these Terms;
- Fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity is suspected or detected;
- A regulatory authority or law enforcement agency issues an instruction relating to the account;
- The Player has failed to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
- Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other Players.
In cases of suspension pending investigation, 975ph will endeavour to resolve the matter within a reasonable time. If the investigation confirms a breach, any bonus-derived funds may be forfeited. Real-money deposits made prior to the breach may be returned to the Player's original payment method following regulatory clearance, at 975ph's discretion. Players may voluntarily close their accounts at any time by contacting support via live chat.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any dispute regarding their existence, validity, breach, or termination — shall be subject to the following process:
- Step 1 — Internal Resolution: Players must first contact 975ph's support team via live chat or email to attempt resolution. 975ph will endeavour to respond to formal complaints within 5 business days.
- Step 2 — Escalation: If a complaint is not resolved at Step 1 within 30 calendar days, either party may escalate the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority under PAGCOR's jurisdiction.
- Step 3 — Legal Proceedings: Unresolved disputes may be referred to the courts of the Philippines. Both parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for resolution of disputes arising under these Terms.
16. Amendments to These Terms
975ph reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification and/or a prominent notice on the 975ph platform prior to the effective date of the changes. Continued use of the 975ph platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to ensure you remain informed of the current provisions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.
